01 / SELECTED WORK
Ideas into interfaces.
One build at a time.
A working website, a workflow concept,
and the foundations I’m building next.
A learning project for turning incoming requests into structured, reviewable next steps. Explore the concept in the lab below.
02 / THE INTERACTIVE LAB
A useful system knows
when to stop.
Select a request. Follow the decisions.
See why the output needs a human.
“Order OF-104 is two days late. Please help the customer get an update.”
Illustrative data. A small, rule-based demo of validation, routing, and human review.
02 / FOLLOW THE TRACE
- 01Read the requestIdentify the input and context
- 02Validate the detailsCheck required information
- 03Choose the routePrepare a bounded next action
- 04Keep a human in controlReview before external action
03 / INSPECT THE OUTPUT
{
"status": "ready",
"next_step": "run_workflow"
}Run an example to see the decision and its boundary.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROCESS
Before the tools,
there’s the problem.
I’ve led operations, launched branches, and connected teams across construction, property development, and FMCG.
That work taught me to ask the useful questions: Who owns the next step? What information is missing? How do we know it worked?
Now I’m bringing that perspective into AI engineering — learning Python, building with n8n and Codex, and exploring how to make agents observable and controlled.

04 / THE FOUNDATION
Real operations.
Transferable perspective.
Business experience that informs
the systems I’m learning to build.
2025 — 2026SWOI Chief Operating Officer · Property development
Coordinated commercial, construction, and finance teams in a company of 70+ people, including contractors. Introduced structured payment approvals and developed an English-speaking agent sales channel.
MAY 2025 — JUL 20262024 — 2025ISK PROFI Executive Director · Construction production
Introduced ownership, input requirements, and internal SLAs. Managed sales, production, procurement, and project economics.
From a client request to a cost estimate.
A process improvement, before my AI engineering work.
2017 — 2024OSHI Group Procurement Manager → Branch Director
Launched branches and connected sales, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Led operations across two branches serving 500+ clients, with a team of up to 40.

GOOD SYSTEMS START WITH GOOD QUESTIONS.Have a process to rethink, a product to explore,
or a question about what I’m building?
